“My time at Job Hulp Maatje was very enjoyable and truly valuable. It provided me with a great place to learn, develop, and prepare for applying for future jobs. I learned more about who I am, how to present myself better in job applications, and I received many useful suggestions that improved my process.

Now that we have almost reached the end of the weekly meetings, I would like to thank you very much for your guidance and support during the workshops. You helped me with networking, establishing contacts with companies and people in the field, and guided me towards opportunities in my chosen field. I greatly appreciate everything you have done.

Finding the right job is quite a journey, and I am still on my way, but I am doing my best. The workshops included several interesting tests that gave me insight into my interests and competencies. Even if the results weren’t entirely accurate, the exercises and discussions helped me understand how my textile background fits in with the direction I want to take my career. I think you also got a good picture of both my academic textile background and my personal qualities.
