JobHulpMaatje is unique because we focus on practical matters, but we also pay attention to you as a person and your environment. We are here for you. Getting started with a Job Support buddy

A buddy is a certified and trained volunteer who is happy to support job seekers, acting as a kind of jobcoach. A buddy offers mental and practical support and helps you explore opportunities for finding paid or unpaid work. A buddy will accompany you on your journey of discovery. What are your talents, what kind of work is suitable for you? You will actively participate by completing assignments at home and applying for jobs.

If a group approach is not suitable for you, or if you would like further guidance after the JobGroup, you can decide together with the coordinator to embark on an individual program. You will then be paired with a Job Support Buddy.
